It’s your birth, and you direct these sessions. I’m here to bring the wise woman energy and knowledge of care and birth options - whether in the hospital or free and wild in the woods.

The sessions will provide true clarity on how birth works and how to get your dream birth.  We’ll discuss any fears or anxiety that may be coming up for you and together come up with a rock-solid plan for the rest of your pregnancy, the birth itself, and the care you’ll need postpartum.

Each session is 90 minutes and will be held on a Zoom call.
